Home > El Al > ReviewTaken 4 March 2006 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion) - TLVAn absolute disappointment. I had high hopes for EL AL on my trip to Israel, but their Business Class product is sub standard. The interior of their aircraft was worn out and the seats did not recline fully. On both my flights, the cabin was empty so I moved around until I found a comfortable seat with little disturbance. The meal service was mediocre and inflight entertainment provided by small PTVs. I usually travel British Airways via London when I go to the Middle East, but EL AL's fares were reasonable and their flight was non-stop. Unfortunately it was my last trip on them. | ||
