Home > Air Canada > 2006 > ReviewTaken 15 March 2006 from Toronto, ON (Lester B. Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHRThe only reason I would fly AC again is for status miles here in North America where the short haul product, though recently seriously downgraded, compares favourably with the direct competition. I easily gain Star Alliance Gold Status by flying short haul with AC. However, their overseas business product (Executive First) is falling behind the rest, and as always, the crews on the coveted services due to the seniority in bidding, are tardy and beyond their best. On my particular service, their steadfast inability to interact with passengers on a professional and friendly basis was startling and embarrassing. All in all, a completely unsatisfying experience which my travel companion on the outbound leg called "vile", not helped by the unhelpful attitude of the cabin staff. At full "J" fare, this is completely and totally unacceptable, and irrespective of gaining substantial frequent flyer points on these routes , I won't be on Air Canada's European services again. | ||
