What an outstanding airline. Service impeccable, ultra-modern, spacious aircraft, average quite comfortable seating, excellent In-flight entertainment (Personal Touch screen TVs), they kept the full flights both ways (judging by the service, I'm not surprised why they are full), well fed and watered, very polite, well spoken, courteous South African pilots as well as cabin crew, who, in the pilots case, love to talk through the intercom!!! As a regular Economy traveller with them and having tried other airlines (BA, Virgin etc...) for long and short haul, would reccommend SAA to anyone, they really bring the best out of flying, very relaxed flying with them - pilots outstanding, always beautiful landings. Keep it Up!
