The people that work for Horizon, at least in the airports that I have been in, are very nice and accomodating. I wasn't happy when they left my luggage in Seattle overnight on a simple 1 hour. flight, but after talking with the ground crew at my destination, I was told that the plane usually could handlr all of the luggage associated with the passengers, unless they were hauling freight or passengers who had large pieces of luggage. Either way, they delivered my luggage to my home on its arrival.

Long story short, they have good in air service, but their prices for a flight from an out of the way airport are way too high.
