I was a little bit scared before flying with Aeroflot because I had heard many different things about that company. But I have to say I am very pleased, the flight was on time, the food was brilliant, I had a chicken with salad and plenty to drink. It was surprising how tasty it was, the seats were very comfortable and the leg room was big. I liked the airplane, it was an Ilyushin 86, very big, but nice and had a certain style. Russian flight crew don´t normally smile because in Russia, smiling to strangers is considered a sign of stupidity. I think it is OK if the crew isn´t smiling if they are doing their job well and that they certainly did. The younger members of the crew smiled a lot, but the older didn´t, they haven´t learn´t that. I recommend Aeroflot for good service, nice planes and cheap tickets.
