JFK- HRW Air India- economy class. This is the worst airline there is! The departure of this flight was delayed due to congestion at JFK so not entirely Air India's fault however we were late pushing back from gate stand. The cabin crew were rude, not attentive at all and should go through another long period of training. The meal was unable to be eaten, too spicy and too Indian no international dishes available, the in-flight entertainment was absolutely rubbish can't even comment on it as no personal TVs and the communal screen didn't work despite asking several cabin crew members several times too turn it on, they just conveniently didn't tell us it was broken. All programmes were Indian as well, the only good thing was it was an night flight and so slept for most of it. Although the seats weren't particularly comfortable at all and I even had two for myself. The service was very poor and the airplanes were old and the airline should not be allowed to be in service. Do not fly with this airline!
