Taken 7 April 2006 from Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MAN to Tenerife, Canary Islands - TCI
Delayed 2hrs to start with then it went to 3hrs then finally took off 5hrs late, no staff from Flyjet to inform you what was going on. Did not note wheelchair assistance, no help from check in staff what so ever. Coming back delayed 6hrs again no staff to help or inform you what was going on. flyjet has no back up aircraft so when one of there planes breaks down they have to hire one from another company that is what happened to us and thats why they were 6hrs late. Absolute amateurs. Spend a bit more and get a decent flight off a decent airline. |
