Taken 16 March 2006 from Dubai - DXB to Hyderabad - HYD
Because of Qatar Airways mistakes I lost my 5 valuable days. I reached from Dubai to Hyderabad in approx 24 hours. Because of their wrong assurance and unprofessional behaviours I suffered physically and mentally a lot. Even after complaining to Customer service manager they didn't turned up to me. Because of delay from Dubai to Doha I missed the connecting flight from Doha Hyderabad of same airline. They assure before starting from Dubai that connecting flight will wait for you in Doha, but it was wrong. I waited more than 6 hours they didn't provided better solution to reach earlier as well as not provided any accommodation to take rest. Sent me to srilanka first than I reached to Hyderabad. In Qatar Airways there was no Veg meal facility. At airport no duty manager was availble to listen, other staff was not able take any action even they provided wrong email id to complain to their customer service manager. I will not suggest to anybody to fly from Qatar Airways, |
