We had read some bad reports about this airline from the reviews on this website, so were abit concerned to be travelling with them. We shouldn't have been.

The aircraft boarded from the new pier across the huge bridge (which was exciting in its self especially for the kids). As we were waiting at the gate area the crew arrived all very happy and smiley. They looked so smart in there distinctive uniforms.

We boarded on time and the crew (mostly ladies) were very welcoming and directed us to our seats. There was a short delay for take off due to the queue at the runway.

Once in the air we had a excellent range of services offered and a good meal which were all vegetarian on this route which was good. Even Hot towels after the meal which was a nice touch.

The inflight entertainment was good with good audio selection and two films shown although one of the video screens wasnt working (on both flights!) so we had to move luckily the flight wasnt full in both directions so able to move.

The legroom is OK standard to most UK Charter airlines we have flown on, to Ovda before.

The plane itself was very clean and well presented, after all the worries we had before going we needed have this is a good airline, although small you do get the sense of friendliness which you don't on many airlines around these days.
