We booked our holiday, and when we received the tickets we seen the airline was FJE. We looked this up on the Internet, as we had never heard of them before. Flyjet. Who are they? I asked myself. We are regular travellers and often fly with most charter airlines i.e. Thompson fly, Thomas cook, Excel and the standard of service are good (But not outstanding.) Yes the seat pitch, meals, drinks etc are all the same across the board, but it’s the service that differs from airline to airline. The crew on our flight were great, very helpful, professional and friendly. They could not do enough for you. What an enjoyable flight, the crew came across as they really enjoyed their job and it showed in the service they provided. I would happily fly with Flyjet again.
