My outbound journey with LTE was fantastic. Having paid for exit seats I knew I'd be OK for legroom, but the service on board and the plane itself (it was a spanair plane) was brilliant.

However the journey back was terrible. 12 inches of legroom between my seat & the seat in front, the plane (never heard of the company!) only held 180 passengers therefore it was cramped & very uncomfortable.

I was raving about LTE on my outbound journey, but that all changed on my return journey.

The staff weren't particularly polite or friendly & I'm so glad I didn't pay for a meal as £10 for a bit of ham, cheese & a chunk of tomato was disgusting.

If they'd use Spanair planes they'd be great, but I feel I was let down for the amount of money I paid for the flight. (plus the times meant I lost a full day of my hoilday)
