When we arrived, we were told there was a 4 hour delay & given meal vouchers. We were given no further information until an announcement at 16.30, when we were told we would be leaving at 20.20 hours. Two hours later, the departure board suddenly changed to 23.05 with no announcement. No one came to us to tell us anything, we just had to keep looking at the departure board. Eventually a First Choice aircraft was sent to bring us home, which eventually departed 9 hours 35 minutes after our scheduled departure time. I cannot comment on the aircraft or flight attendants, as the Flyjet aircraft never even arrived. We chose our flight times carefully as we had 2 small children with us, & did not want a night flight for that reason. I would never fly with this company again. I have flown regularly for many years, & have NEVER been delayed for this amount of time. | ||
