Flight left Manchester with ten minutes delay,although captain announced we would be departing at 09:05 this was at 09:50.flight OK on way out until we came into land, as we landed both me and my wife felt the landing gear go up our bum due to how heavy we hit the ground. We shot down the runway quicker than when we took off and we went round the corner at the end of the runway at a speed that Nigel Mansell would have been proud of. On return flight had a delay of 9 hours and was not told anything just that a jumbo jet was coming out for us. The plane finally arrived at 02:00 and we departed at 03:10 plane and crew was brilliant (Excel airways)
