Taken 18 April 2006 from Rochester, NY (Greater Rochester International Airport) - ROC to Orlando, FL (Orlando International Airport) - MCO
Cramped, broken seats, overbooked flights. This airline also plays favorites as in some people, they will re-open the loading doors for, but not others. (which they did while I waited) And forget waiting for an empty seat on the next flight because they overbook many flights. I was waiting 12 hours with my family. finaly we got a flight 200 miles away from our destination and rented a car and drove home. emailed a complaint and got a non working fax number and was told to complain to other airport security for holding us up initialy. Extreemly disturbing lack of concern from this airline! |
