Flights involving 15 1/2 hours in the air could be a harrowing experience, but Aeroflot made it a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

The flight attendants were polite, accommodating, efficient and considerate. All pilot messages and screen displays were in Russian and English. If an attendant does not fully understand what is being said, they will get another attendant who does. The food was very good and abundant; each meal is prefaced with the serving of a hot towel.

The Boeing 777, though very large, is a most comfortable craft and aside from one delay in Moscow, the flight times and transfers were very efficiently handled. If it weren't for this one delay, I would have to give Aeroflot a perfect ten.

I will certainly fly the "Friendly Skies" of Aeroflot again.
