On boarding the flight from Manchester we then had to land in Gatwick. Once in Gatwick the flight was delayed and we seemed to be sat on the runway forever. The leg room was appalling and the seats were very narrow. The first thing to happen was the headphones did not work so we were unable to hear the television. This was ridiculous as the flight to Male was about 10 hours (plus about another 2 hours delay!) and it was very, very boring.

On our return flight the same problem happened again with the sound on the television. To make matters worse the lights were turned off in the cabin as it was a night flight. The small light for each passenger didn't work either so we were forced to be totally bored again. The last meal was given to us and we couldn't even see what it was! I would not recommend this airline for long haul flights.
