The check in at Gatwick was chaotic with confusion over which check in desks to use and long, slow queues. The flight was on time and the boarding went well. The worst aspect was the poor legroom which makes the journey uncomfortable for anyone of average height; the seat backs/headrests are standard, but for me a bit low for comfort. The crew were excellent and the grub was standard for a charter. The entertainment was the usual bland TV stuff and the plane a bit dated. Surely it's time to give the crew more relaxed and modern outfits? Generally however a good experience.
