I flew CSA from JFK to Prague. It was on-time, but it appears as though I was lucky in that others flying the same airline on the same day, but from a different airport either experienced major delays or did not take off at all. The service was efficient if abrupt. The food was like that of a typical airline, not great, but satisfying enough. The plane itself however was showing its age and was not what you would expect from business class comfort.
