Home > Aerolineas Argentinas > ReviewTaken 28 January 2003 from Sydney, New South Wales (Kingsford Smith) - SYD to Buenos Aires (Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza/Ministro Pistarini) - EZEAeroplane flights are expensive, and although Aerolineas Argentinas is cheaper than other airlines, the flight still could be improved. T. He staff is rude and unfriendly, the food is bad, the service is bad, and the seats are out of (I flew on an Airbus A340) an old jumbo. (probably 1980 seats) For a few dollars more, they could pay their staff to be friendly and improve the food and service just a little, to make people who travel on their planes not dread the next flight they have to take! The thing is, there aren't many cheap airlines around. Yes, Aerolineas gets you from A to B, but not in the way one would like to! For a lot of us, there is no other option. I can't afford a more expensive company! But if Aerolineas wants the customers, they need to work on their customer service and quality control. | ||
