I have flown with most UK charter airlines. Although the leg-room on this JMC flight was not good compared with a scheduled service, it was nevertheless at least as good as other charters and better than most. One of your correspondents compared JMC unfavourably with Monarch - I cannot agree, as I found Monarch to be easily, by a wide margin, the most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced and not even close to JMC.

The in-flight service was delivered with a smile and the food was about the same as on any other charter - if you like airline food, it was adequate - if you do not like airline food, then why did you expect anything different?

Overall, the flight was a pleasant experience and reasonably comfortable.
