This was my first flight with a budget airline so I wasn't sure what to expect for the amount I paid.

When I got on the plane (Airbus A319-100) I was supprised to see how clean and spacious it was. The seat pitch was great and was much better than some airlines I've flown with in the past.

The cabin crew were very professional and they obviously took pride in their job. Pre-flight safety briefing was very thorough and there were regular updates from the captain about the progress of the flight.

The flight was very smooth outbound, but there was severe turbulance inbound, but the crew ensured that the rest of the flight was going smoothly.

I could honestly recommend this airline to anyone!
