Both flights departed and arrived on-time. The cabin crew were great and very friendly.

The only thing letting this airline down is the poor state of the aircraft. The outside looks very smart, but the inside looks old and dirty. On the outbound flight there was not any in-flight entertainment as the system had broken. My seat looked really dirty and the cover off the seat back in front had fallen off and was on my knee all the way there, When I was getting off the plane I did spot quite a few others.

On the return flight even though a different seat the same problem with the seat backs. When I questioned one of the cabin crew about the situation she informed me that this was a different plane that I was on and that the planes are cleaned on every turn around and that the seats are only fixed when there is time to.

I feel that this airline needs to really put some money into bringing there aircraft up to scratch. New Seats, New Carpet and a really good clean the airline would be great.

Other than that it was a good flight.
