Taken 8 August 2006 from Dublin - DUB to Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands - PMI

Outbound flight left 90 minutes late, I've no major problem with that, but there was no explanation. The plane was tatty and the smell of the forward toilets wafted through every time the door was opened.

The crew were there and that was it. They disappeared after half an hour.

The return flight was awful. We arrived at Palma Airport and checked in as normal and went through to the gate to find that the flight was running 4 hours late inbound from Cork. An airport rep then gathered us together and told us our flight was now delayed until the next day (Wednesday).

I wasn't told what the problem was, but the aircraft arrived and then sat there the whole night. After 16 hours delay, we finally left Spain, but the crew were rude and unable to answer any of our questions. The floor was covered in the mess from the previous flight as well.

Overall, I'd never use this lot again. First Choice? HA. Last Choice more like.
