No sensible explanation was given from the unhelpful woman manning the BA information desk in the departures hall. When finally on board the staff were amazingly disorganised and all of them looked like teenagers. Food offered was an insult - a sandwich which had seen better days. I did not eat mine and when the rubbish and left overs were collected, worryingly it was not thrown away, but the staff decided to hold on to it "for later"! No doubt it was offered on the return flight. GB Airways are not fit to use the British Airways colours! I wish I had gone with a low cost carrier as at least then I would have got what I paid for. It is a terrible shame they are the only supposedly full service carrier operating a direct service on this route. I have flown with GB Airways 7 times this year and not one flight has left on time. I won't book any further tickets with them, I would sooner endure a charter flight! | ||
