Taken 14 July 2006 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Seoul-Incheon (ICN)

I had a great time with Korean Air. The check in staff member was really nice. He was a trainee, yet he acted like a real professiona and so proper. He always put the best interest of the customer first.

The flight attendants were also very nice. They even remembered I wanted BimBimBap and they came back with it, when they found an extra one.

Also, when it was told to them that there was hair in my other meal, they apologized sincerely and immediately bought me a new entree without my even requesting it. That is called real good service.

Their IFE was pretty good. Although, I didn't like their seat pitch too much. Yet, the flight overall was comfortable. I didn't even feel like I was on the plane for over 15 hours. I arrived from New York-JFK to Seoul-Incheon International Airport pretty happy.
