I must say I was very impressed. The outward leg was on a B737-700 aircraft which was spotlessly clean and all the cabin crew were extremely professional. Although we departed 15 minutes late this was due to baggage handling issues at the airport, so I won't hold that against the airline. The return journey from Stansted was a real joy. The plane was a brand new A319, only a week only according to the captain. Departure was on time and the cabin crew were every bit as friendly and professional as those on the outward leg. Now I must make a special mention for the captain of this flight, the guy was hilarious. He kept making nonsense announcements throughout the flight, such as ranting about why Michael Shumacher gets paid more than he does, despite him flying faster and then banging about Stelios not buying diesel versions of the A319 to save fuel. He really made the journey so much more enjoyable. All in all, easyJet excelled themselves on this trip and I am one very happy customer. | ||
