Our outbound flight to Alicante was generally very good. Our inbound though is a totally different story. We were delayed 8 hours! We are members of the Monarch Vantage club and therefore get to check in at the Iberia Buisness Class desk. Fortunately we met some people who told us that they had been told at check in we were being taken on a coach to some hotel in Alicante. We were not told any of this. The flight attendants on the inbound flight were most rude.
