Home > GB Airways > ReviewTaken 7 September 2006 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Alicante - ALCThis was my first time flying with GB Airways. Flew Economy to Alicante and return in Business Class. Outbound aircraft was an A321 and it was immaculate inside. The outbound cabin crew seemed slightly disinterested in the passengers although the very early departure could have something to do with that! The hot breakfast was a surprise for Economy. The leg room was great - even better than mainline BA. On the way back we have an A320. The crew were better although the Purser seemed to find smiling a bit of a chore. The service was very good though. Left on time and arrived into LGW 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a good experience with GB. You wouldn't know that they were a franchise of BA as the service is identical. One small gripe, they do not accept BA Exec cards when you buy Duty Free. | ||
