Planes very comfortable - they do not believe in trying to pack you in - and whilst the quality of the food is poor, good drinks service and wine from a proper bottle which makes a pleasant change for Economy passengers. Attendants are professional, but lack a certain charm. At LHR check in me and my young daughter where picked out from the long boarding queue and escorted to the business class check in which was a nice touch. Transferring back through Budapest a bit stressful with the large number of passengers - the airport needs to address this. Overall, good service and I would recommend this airline. | ||
