Taken 26 August 2006 from Miami, FL (Miami International Airport) - MIA to Buenos Aires (Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza/Ministro Pistarini) - EZE

I had a lot of problems with this airline. I bought a ticket to go from Miami to Bs.As, and then back. The flight from Miami was cancelled, I lost one whole day of vacations. The options they offer me were waiting 2 days to take another flight (if they could get me a seat), or flying the following day with Delta (meaning I had to fly from Miami to Atlanta, wait 6 hours at the airport and then do Atlanta Bs. As).

When I called to reconfirm my flight I was told that the person who changed my ticket so I could fly with Delta cancelled my trip from Bs. As to Miami. They told me that not only this person cancelled my reservation, but that also the flight was cancelled. Again, after arguing a whole morning at their offices, they booked me with Delta, I lost a connecting flight to Grand Cayman, they didn't pay the penalty for changing the ticket, and they didn't pay my hotel at Miami even they confirmed they were going to do that at Bs.As. I also had problems trying to board at Bs.As, because Delta didn't want to take the tickets Aerolineas Argentinas gave me. I started working one day after the day I was supposed to start.

Everything went wrong.

Honestly, I will never fly with them again.
