I took advantage of a special offer for a return flight to Dusseldorf. The fare was exceptionaly low, but the quality of service was excellent in all respects.

No food or refreshments were included in the price, but these were offered at a very reasonable charge. The sandwiches cost £2, were enormous and delicious! The coffee cost around £1 and was freshly brewed in a cafeterie, which gave 2 cups!

The legroom was excellent and the staff were friendly. I recommend Buzz to anyone flying to Europe. The comfort and the quality of service is much better than any charter airline, as good as most high cost scheduled services and far better than I expected for such a low fare!
