Taken 10 December 2002 from Sydney, New South Wales (Kingsford Smith) - SYD to Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) - MNL
We flew a new Airbus A330-300, although the In Flight Entertainment is nothing special compared to other airlines on this route the cabin crew and attitude was excellent, The Crew where friendly and profesional, The Plane was kept very clean and well kept and the Airport service was above what I expected from previous Manila Flights! I would certainly Fly thi airline again, The Fare is fairly cheaper than other airlines, this airline is well respected in Asia for Being the First Airline In Asia and now the oldest still running, the first to start operations across the entire Pacific to the United States. Although there history is great Right now there is still need of improvement in organisation of flights, a single delay will delay an entire day in the timetable since the airline has a lack of planes and pilots due to low wages. I recommend this Airline to others if they want to get from Point A to Point B reasonably Comfortably, And to Use the Modern Philippine Airlines Terminal 2, Though theres rumours that Philippine Airlines will move to the state of the art Terminal 3 that is due to open this late 2006. |
