This is a single experience with this airline, but it went bad.

The flight BIE391 has been delayed by over 9 hours. From a check in at 4am, we landed around 5pm.

The delay was root caused to a defect in the plane, being repaired during the morning. Even if defects can't be avoided, the way the issue has been addressed explain my unhappiness. check in was done while issue was known, communication occurred as if it would be solved within one hour while the company was expecting spare parts from another city... so not before several hours.

Apart from that, the navigation personal was neat. No food on board, just some refreshment.
