Taken 6 August 2006 from Bangkok (Don Muang International Airport) - BKK to Udon Thani - UTH
A cheap airline, but bad ground service! 2 hour delay turned into 4 hours with a lack of information and announcements. One minute a final boarding call was made for the flight (which supposedly was due to be departing in one hour!) then it was delayed by a further 30 minutes. Staff at boarding gate were rude to passengers, ignoring questions and cutting their split-ends (!!) and slagging off foreign customers in Thai (the friend I was with is a fluent Thai speaker). No apology on boarding, the stewardess snarlled at everybody and did the safety demonstration in Thai only, informing us (in emergency exit row) "If accident, you open, OK". |
