Taken 26 September 2006 from Birmingham, England - BHX to Brussels (Bruxelles) (National/Zaventem) - BRU
I do not understand the point of this airline, when there are so many others that can offer what they do more efficiently. I have flown with them many times, and each time the plane is nearly empty. I do not agree with flying empty planes, just for the sake of flying the flag of a national carrier, as this puts a huge strain on our environment and is a waste of resources and money. I will not be flying with them again for this reason and also since they lost my baggage which had a new suit in it that I had bought for my sister's wedding. The SN Brussels staff and their ground crew in Zaventem should all be sacked for their appalling lack of customer care. This airline in Brussels is just like the European Commission based there too, a complete waste of our time and money - get rid!!! |
