Long queue at Heathrow to check in - 40 minutes before getting rid of our bags. Flight left almost on time, but encountered strong head winds. Good seats with reasonable entertainment system and acceptable leg room. Food good and plenty of drink rounds during the night. Staff lacked style, but were friendly and worked hard.

The return flight was similar, but the cabin was very hot and made sleep impossible. Again, good food and service.
