Home > Aerolineas Argentinas > ReviewTaken 4 October 2006 from Buenos Aires (Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza/Ministro Pistarini) - EZE to Sao Paulo, SP (Aeroporto Internacional Guarulhos) - GRUI made a round trip flight from Buenos Aires to Sao Paulo. I thought the ticket to be very expensive, but the flight times were better than TAM which is the Brazilian Airline that is the main competition for Aerolineas on this route. The problem was with my checked luggage. It was very clear that someone had gone through my suitcase, I assume looking for money. My clothes were in disorder, my cosmetics were dumped all over the suitcase. I spoke to a security man who said the thefts occur inside the plane body where there are no cameras. But he would not take a complaint, he sent me to someone else, who sent me to someone else, who sent me to someone else. Finally I got a phone number to call to file a complaint. Clearly if you fly this airline, do not put money or valuables in your suitcase. | ||
