Taken October 2006 from Tampa, FL (Tampa International Airport) - TPA to Boston, MA (General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport) - BOS
I was delayed by more than 6 hours within a 7 day period. I was treated rudely and offered nothing but the floor overnight when my connecting flight closed the doors before I was able to get to the gate, directly without stopping, shopping, going to the men's room, etc. The JetBlue customer service supervisors at JFK would not speak on the phone to the corporate office in Salt Lake City and made ME apologize to them before they would try to get me a standby seat on a flight 2 hours later. I will never fly this airline again, and will advise my readership (I work for a newspaper) to not go anywhere on this carrier. The most outrageously bad customer service (customer abuse would be more accurate) I have ever received on any business transaction. |
