Taken 15 October 2006 from Toronto, ON (Lester B. Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport) - DEL
We were supposed to fly Air India into Amritsar. This is the only reason we chose to fly with Air India. Upon check in we were advised that we will now be flying into Delhi instead of Amritsar. No satisfactory explanation was provided. Hundreds of customers were left to decide how to travel from Delhi to their homes in Punjab. Air India is known for its last minute changes, delays and very poor service. I will never fly Air India again, and recommend that you never choose to fly on this airline. |
