Unfriendly behaviour at Heathrow, Check in staff started bargaining at heathrow over baggage allowance with 2 Old age pensioners and suggested to charge 2 old age pensioners £275 to allow their baggage on. Made it very difficult to fly. Prefer Gulf Air as they never make a fuss at check in. |
