Taken 8 October 2006 from Halifax, NS (Halifax International Airport) - YHZ to Victoria, BC (Victoria International Airport) - YYJ
The flight out arrived late 15 to 20 minutes, but the return was early. The seating wasn't that comfortable; on the return flight I was stuck in the last row. My biggest issue with this flight, however, was the service. The flight attendants on the flight out were, at best, indifferent to the economy passengers. The flight attendants on the return flight were much worse. They had an "I don't really want to be here" attitude. There was no interest in helping passengers and they seemed to just want to minimize the contact they had with us. I made the mistake of asking a flight attendant for a moist towelette. I got a scowl and a snappy, "I don't have any" before she walked away. Next time, if West Jet has a flight that fits my schedule I will seriously consider flying with them even if it costs more. |
