Taken 25 October 2006 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Jersey - JER

First time with this airline - likely to be the last.

There was just a general feeling of neglect for their passengers. Check-in was in a grotty part of Gatwick so first impression not good. Being asked to part with £10 to put hand luggage in the hold because of the restrictions imposed over liquid seemed a bit cheeky.

Plane was a BAE 146 which had clearly seen better days and was rather uncomfortable. Bags took an age to arrive at Jersey which seemed odd for a small airport.

Return was delayed by about 1.5 hours due to someone being ill and needing extra air crew to be sent from London - surely you plan for such things? Again bags took ages to arrive at Gatwick.

The fare was not particularly cheap, but the service overall was very cheap.
