Plus points are mainly the cost, and they do try to be on time. Service is absolutely shocking, mainly staffed by what can only be described as "giggling schoolgirls" - who spend most of the time sat down at the back of the plane talking about diets and fashion. They spend a lot of the journey describing what a "fantastic deal" you have for the money, and then announce "we don't employ aircraft cleaners" so please clean around your seats yourself. They forget to include the fact that THEY are expected to clean it. Food and drink is the most expensive I have seen on any airline, so don't waste your money on it. Jet2.com do similar services for the same money, and give AMAZING service, and look the part. Unfortunately bmibaby aren't able to do the same. | ||
