The flight was scheduled for 17:30 hours, but on check-in we were told that it will leave Aruba at 18:30. Then at 18:00, we were told the plane was arriving at Aruba. Not even a sea-gull showed at the gate. At 19:30 hr we got a refund of 20 dollars per ticket for meal, that had to be taken at the only outlet open at the airport at that hour. Finally, at 20:00 hours my husband (who was staying in Aruba) could get in touch with Venezuela´s airport, and the plane that was to pick us up hadn´t even leave from MIQ. We ended up with a 5 hours delay, and no one showed a face for us. Avoid this airline if you can!
