First time with SAA on long-haul. Overall, very impressed.

Outbound flight all on time. Food excellent - like the way they prepare and present the food. I am also now converted to South African wines, although they could have served them a bit more frequently. Flat bed on the B747 was comfortable. Crew the happiest I have come across for many a year.

Return was on the more comfortable A340-600. Great crew and again great food; but it was the quality of the service which really stuck. Very polite; very engaging.

Well done SAA - I would recommend you to give them a go.
