First time I flew with Air Berlin on the very competitive Belfast – London route. This airline could show BMI, Easy Jet and Fly Be, how a low cost airline should be run. Flight was booked at short notice, but it was still the lowest fare. Both Flights were on time, a newspaper is provided upon boarding with a sweet. Free drink and sandwich also provided. Aircraft were very clean and modern. In flight entertainment was shown on the drop down screens. All German Cabin crew were excellent and friendly in every respect. This airline so deserves to be Number one in the low cost airline market. Well down Air Berlin, just a shame you don’t offer more routes out of Belfast. Will be booking another Air Berlin flight to London really soon.
