Home > Air Canada Jazz > ReviewTaken 7 February 2006 from Calgary, AB (Calgary International Airport) - YYC to Edmonton, AB (Edmonton International Airport) - YEGThis was the final stretch of my journey. A short one, with 25 minutes in the air. Air Canada Jazz is rather impersonal now - usually there is one flight attendant on board their small aircraft, and all the announcements are pre-recorded. That being said, when the flight is so short, one can't complain. My only complaint is that the flight I was originally booked on was oversold. I abhor this practice, and really wish airlines wouldn't do it. So I was bumped to the next flight, which was promptly cancelled because it didn't have enough passengers. So, my 25 minute flight was delayed by 2 hours. That being said, Air Canada did make ammends. A very smooth flight on a CRJ jet - much nicer than the very old DH3 and DH1 planes that are usually used on this route. The one flight attendant was quite friendly. Baggage was out very quickly in Edmonton. | ||
