I took flight home to Qatar from Kul, first the flight was overbook by 40 pax. How could that happen? Wondering my ticket is a confirm ticket and yet my hubby was on the waiting list. It amused me, that this happen. Coz it doesn't make sense at all. We book and purchased the ticket on the same day, same time same PNR and REF no. We waited and there it happens, flight delay for 30min. Still, guess what happen next, my luggage was left behind in KUL, and the only thing the Qatar airways personnel told me, "I don't know Miss", how could you spent millions of dollar for the fleet, but none for the brain of your staff. | ||
