I travel a lot, frequently on American Airlines to Latin America. This trip, however, was from Dallas, Texas through New York's JFK to London's Heathrow. I thought the experience was excellent. Flights were either on time or early and connections at JFK were convenient.

One thing that really helped the flight was that the JFK to Heathrow flight was on a Boeing 777. I am accustomed to flying to Latin America on a Boeing 767 and only once before have been on a 777. I much prefer the 777 which seems more designed for passenger comfort than any other plane I have been on.

It was a good flight both ways and service was excellent. I thought the ticket a bit expensive, but these days all air travel seems expensive.
