Home > Ryanair > 2006 > ReviewTaken July 2006 from London (Stansted) - STN to Sevilla (San Pablo) - SVQI have been a regular flyer of Ryanair. An issue which has progressively risen has now really got on my nerves, so much so, that I am not prepared to fly Ryanair again. Ryanair deliver generally punctual flights, at cheap prices, with modern aircraft and no - frills services. This is all good. However, I don't mind how much I pay, whether 1p or £200, I still expect basic human courtesy from crew and staff to passengers. This is something, after at least 25 flights with the airline in close succession, that they fail to deliver. The discourtesy from crew to passengers is unacceptable. A smile is a bonus for me, but rudeness I will not tolerate. This is something the cabin crew are very good at being towards the passengers - diabolically rude. Whether Arguing back to passengers, grunting when asked a question, scowling and smerking at people. This is not just one or two members of crew, this seems to be a growing majority in the airline. Because of this, it is worth spending a few extra pounds to fly Easyjet and receive basic courtesy. I am not going to fly Ryanair again - that was the last and final time I am going to sit and endure plain rudeness from Ryanair staff. | ||
